By accessing and using the website of Level Land Scrapers (hereinafter "the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use the Site.
Level Land Scrapers is a Mexican company dedicated to the commercialization of scrapers (harrows), agricultural implements and replacement parts, with registered address at 16 de Marzo 408, CP 25640, Frontera, Coahuila, Mexico. Email: info@levellandscrapers.com.

The information published on the Site regarding products, features, and prices is for guidance purposes only and may be modified without prior notice. Formal quotations will be sent directly to the customer by our commercial team upon request.
Level Land Scrapers does not guarantee the permanent availability of all products shown on the Site. Confirmation of availability will be provided at the time of order processing.
Orders placed through the contact form or by any other means (WhatsApp, email) constitute a quotation request and not a definitive sales contract. The contract is formalized only when Level Land Scrapers confirms in writing the acceptance of the order and the agreed payment is made or the corresponding contract is signed.
Prices are expressed in Mexican pesos (MXN) unless otherwise indicated. Level Land Scrapers reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Payment conditions (down payments, payment methods, terms) will be established in each formal quotation.
Delivery times and shipping costs will be indicated in each quotation according to the volume of the order and the customer's location. Level Land Scrapers is not responsible for delays attributable to third parties (carriers, force majeure).
Products are warranted against manufacturing defects according to the terms indicated in each quotation or contract. To make a warranty claim, the customer must contact Level Land Scrapers within the established period and present the invoice or proof of purchase.
Returns will only be accepted in cases provided for by the Federal Consumer Protection Law (PROFECO) or under terms agreed in writing with the customer.
All content on the Site (texts, images, logos, design) is the property of Level Land Scrapers or is licensed accordingly. Any reproduction, total or partial, without written authorization is expressly prohibited.
Level Land Scrapers will not be liable for damages arising from improper use of its products, unauthorized modifications, or use outside the technical specifications indicated. Level Land Scrapers' maximum liability shall be limited to the value of the product or service purchased.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute arising from them, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the city of Frontera, Coahuila, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
Level Land Scrapers reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, publishing the updated version on the Site. Continued use of the Site after such modifications implies acceptance of the new terms.
